Healthy Tray meals

One of the easiest meals I have found is a tray meal. If you're like me by the time you get home you're tired, and have a list a mile long of things you'd like to get done. Spending the night in the kitchen making dinner then cleaning up isn't something you want to add to your list. This meal can grow depending on how hungry you are or if you are looking to prep.

This one I had broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, carrots, sweet potato, and shrimp.

Preheat oven to 350

Lay everything out on the tray as you cut it. Drizzle with olive oil, then add you seasoning.

Mix it up so all your veggies have the seasonings

Pop it in the oven and let it cook

20-40 minutes (depending on your meat)
