Breakfast Egg and Cheese

My mornings are a bit hectic to say the least. But making breakfast 95% of the times gets done. I don’t always get to eat it right away so I tend to make something that I can easily take with to work. Lately, I’ve been making these eggs sandwiches when I don’t have enough time or want something different from pancakes.

Along with this sandwich I either pack fruit or a little yogurt with granola.The Yoplait Greek 100 Protein I have found is pretty good, add a little granola on top and your set!

1 Bagel thins

1 Egg

1 Egg white

1 Slice cheese

Quick and easy to make and take with you.
